History of the Candelo Village Festival

The Candelo Village Festival is a community run not-for-profit event hosted by the Candelo Arts Society since 2008. The groundswell of community energy saw the first festival hosting over 50 local, national, and international acts on a one day bill – quite an ambitious project for a small town of 500 residents!

The 2017 Candelo Village Festival will be different this time around, with the Festival being held from the 21st - 23rd April, with both free and ticketed events. Camping will be available. More info to be added here in the very near future. Stay tuned!

The village of Candelo lies in the hills of the Bega Valley on the far south coast of New South Wales, Australia, and is home to a community of Artists, Musicians, and Farmers.
